Change of Director’s Particulars
Step 1: Click on 'Change Personal Particulars'
Switch to the company that you want to change one or more of the directors' particulars using the 
icon.
From the menu, click on Change Personal Particulars.
Step 2: Click on 'Change Director Particulars'
From the menu, click on Change Director Particulars.
Step 3: Click on 'Let's Get Started'
Get ready the information and document(s) required for the changing of director's particulars.
Click on the button Let's Get Started to fill up the form for this service request.
Step 4: Select a Director
From the list of Directors, select a director to change his/her particulars by clicking on the 
icon.
Step 5: For Change of Address
For Change of Address:
Tick the Change Address selection.
Enter the New Address to change to and upload the required supporting document.
Click on Save & Procced to go to the next step.
Step 6: For Change of Contact Info
For Change of Contact Info:
Tick the Change Contact Info selection.
You can change the Mobile Number and/or Email Address.
Enter the Effective Date of Change.
Click on Save & Procced to go to the next step.
Step 7: To Change Residency Status
To Change Residency Status:
Tick the Change Residency selection.
Enter the New Nationality, ID Type and ID Number.
Enter the Effective Date of Change.
Click on Save & Procced to go to the next step.
Step 8: For Change of Name
For Change of Name:
Tick the Change Name selection.
Enter the New Name and Date of Name Change.
Upload required supporting document.
Click on Slide to Submit to submit the service request.
Step 9: View Progress
To view the progress of the Service Request, click on the 
icon on the top left of the screen to display the Side Menu.
Click on Transaction History on the menu to view all submitted service requests.
Step 10: How to Cancel Transaction
Track the progress of each service request by its status.
You can cancel the service request by clicking on the Cancel Transaction button (Note: only request submitted by you and not yet being processed by HeySara can be cancelled).
