Find, view and download your company’s documents, including the resolutions and filings HeySara prepares for your requests. There are two ways in: Recently Added Docs on the Home tab, and the Document tab.
Way 1: Recently Added Docs
- Open Home. Recently Added Docs shows the latest documents published by HeySara, such as a directors’ resolution for a change of registered address. Click See More for the full list.
- Open a document. Click a document to open it in the viewer. Click Download to save a copy.
Way 2: The Document tab
- Open Document. Click Document in the top menu to open your company’s document repository.
- Search, or browse a register. Type in the search box, for example Registered Address, to find matching documents. Or click a register on the left: A ACRA Filings, B Share Certificates, C Registers, D Minutes and Resolutions, E Constitution, F Miscellaneous or G Scanned Mail.
- Open the folders. Each register has folders. For example, D Minutes and Resolutions has 1 Directors’ meetings and resolutions and 2 Shareholders’ meetings and resolutions, each sorted into folders by year.
- View or download. Click a document to open it in the viewer, then click Download if you need a copy.
Where to find common documents
- Signed directors’ resolutions. D Minutes and Resolutions › 1 Directors’ meetings and resolutions › year.
- AGM documents. D Minutes and Resolutions › 1 Directors’ meetings and resolutions › year.
- ACRA filings and business profile. ACRA Filings. The business profile is in ACRA Filings › 1 Business Profiles.
- Share certificates. B Share Certificates.
- Mail received at your registered address. G Scanned Mail.
