What you’ll need
- The total dividend amount
- The dividend date
- The payment date

Steps
- Go to Request. Click Request in the top menu. If you manage more than one company, switch to the right one using the button beside the company name in the left panel.
- Open Declare Interim Dividend. In the left panel, open Filing of Other Resolutions and click Declare Interim Dividend.
- Review the request details. Read what you need, then click Let’s Get Started.
- Enter the dividend amount. Enter the total dividend amount to be paid.
- Choose the dates. Enter the dividend date and the payment date.
- Submit. Click Submit. If the request has a fee, it is added to your Cart. Complete payment there so HeySara can start. Then track the request under Transaction History at the top right of the Request page.
What happens next
HeySara reviews the request and prepares the resolution. The directors sign it in the Signature tab, and HeySara prepares the dividend documents. No ACRA filing is needed. HeySara confirms details such as how the dividend is split with you while processing the request. Processing takes 3–5 days on average.
